What Is MTM?

MTM is a program that provides church workers training and exposure to technology.

MTM continues to be the only program of its kind that is a collaboration of elementary schools, high schools, and a university in the LCMS system.

The focus of MTM is on supporting the ministries of the Lutheran church. This is done by focusing on three main objectives:

1. Provide quality training to Lutheran church workers in both basic and more advanced areas of  technology.

2. Encourage church and school environments where effective use of technology allows church workers to concentrate on people rather than administrative tasks.

3. Put into place a support network of Lutheran principals and teachers  who have the baseline knowledge of technology that will serve as mentors to church workers at their site, and in their area.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Concordia University Wisconsin, and MTM have partnered to provide scholarships for Lutheran principals and  teachers to take three credit graduate online technology courses.

Contact Dr. Michael Uden    , District and School Liaison of MTM, at  262-243-2612  262-243-2612 , or michael.uden@cuw.edu,  if you are interested or need more information.

We encourage you find out more about our program by visiting the MTM web page at www.mtmproject.org, or by visiting our site on the Lutheran School Portal.

COURSE DELIVERER SYSTEM

We use Angel, a web-based learning environment to deliver our courses.  You will be able to access your assignments, submit your work, communicate with classmates and monitor your grades.  Using Angel will provide you a great experience using technology as a tool for educational purposes.
